While we routinely arrange more formal private arangements for our guests, we are also approachable and informal as well. In order to make your experience the very best, all tours are by appointment and depend on seasonal availability.

Ceago is the perfect place to see the unspoiled beauty of Mother Nature. During this tour you will learn about our farming philosophy which, brings all the beauty of plant diversity and animal life together.  We will explain this important process in an enjoyable way while allowing you to get hands on to witness how the 6 elements of Biodynamic farming come together. You and your group will each enjoy a glass of premium Ceago wine on your tour to show how Biodynamic farming produces a wine made in the vineyard.

Ceago’s Biodynamic vineyard is perfect setting to learn about Viticulture and the importance of the land. Our “From the Earth to the Table” tour will discuss how good cultural practices combined with our Biodynamic farming lead to quality grapes and well balanced wine. We will talk about how the importance of cover crops, plant diversity and animal integration play an important role in producing high quality wine. Enjoy a glass of our featured wine of the month on your tour to show how Biodynamic farming produces a wine truly made in the vineyard.

This tour is only for Club Ceago wine club members. If you are looking for a once in a lifetime experience, the Club Ceago Estate Tour with owner and wine industry visionary Jim Fetzer is an exclusive opportunity that you won't want to miss.  Jim Fetzer has consistently been on the forefront of the Green movement, pioneering Organic and Biodynamic winegrowing in the United States.  Mr. Fetzer will personally tour you around Ceago's magnificent estate while sharing a glass of his favorite wine, his vision of Ceago and his past history in the wine business.  You will end up in the Club Ceago Lounge where he will lead you through a private tasting of 4 wines paired with artisan cheeses. This is a rare opportunity to personally experience Biodynamic winegrowing practices, Ceago and a vision for the future of farming and winegrowing!

 Approximately l hour: $150.00 per person, min of 6 people.

All tours can be combined with a private wine and cheese pairing.  This is the perfect addition to finish off a great tour.  You will enjoy 4 wines paired with 4 specialty chesses.  We will set up the tasting in a private area that you will greatly enjoy.
